Change our products to fit your needs. 
We can change many of the features of our diapers and carriers beyond what's offered via Made-To-Order. For example, on slings, we can shop for special fabric for you, lengthen or shorten the straps, or add extras at your request. 

Pricing. 
Sending us your own fabric can save you up to 25% off the cost of your item, in the form of a refund. Please contact us for fabric requirements and exact details before sending anything in, though! (Some items receive no discount, some items receive a smaller discount, it all depends on how much of an item's price is dependent on the fabric.)

Customizations of products I currently offer are based on a cost-plus formula. Please contact me for a quote. Custom sewing of items I do not currently sell is a flat $15 per hour plus supplies, with a one-hour minimum.

All custom items must be paid for in advance, before any work will begin. The advance payment is fully refundable until work begins (purchasing fabric, cutting fabric, etc.). Once work has begun, refunds on order cancellations are pro-rated based on the amount of work completed and the expenses involved.

Time.
I generally can guarantee a three-week maximum turnaround for custom items if I have the fabric in stock or if I do not have any difficulty obtaining the fabric you desire. During busy times, turnaround may be longer, and I will be certain to keep you advised.

Returns.
Wallypop does not accept returns on custom items unless they are defective. Please see our shipping and returns page for more details.
